We, of course, have never seen God. We, who believe God, walk by faith and not by sight. The world we live in is choosing in large part to believe in creations, which they see, as opposed to believing in the Creator, whom they can’t see. Why is this? It’s called unbelief! The devil uses unbelief against people in the world so they won’t turn to God by faith. The main arrow in his quiver is the sharp point of unbelief. However, we who are saved must guard against that arrow. Thank God that he said no weapon formed against us shall prosper. (Isa 54:17)

Even in our tests and trials we must guard against unbelief. The devil will have us to look at the tests, to look at circumstances, to fear the temptation, so that we won’t look and trust in God. He already told us (I Cor. 10:13) There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape that ye may be able to bear it.

So don’t fear your temptation, bear your temptation without yielding because God WILL make a way for you to escape. So trust God, rebuke the devil and hold onto faith. So what’s keeping you?
